We left Atlanta early Friday morning in a rented minivan stocked with CDs and junk food. Stopped at our new favorite BBQ joint, JT's in Macon (exit 3 off 495) and at several other places that struck our fancy. Arrived in Jupiter,FL late at night with enough energy for a swim. So we're driving along. We've already had dinner. But there's this billboard advertising The World's Largest McDonald's in Orlando. Plus they have a "live alligator diplay"! How could we pass this by? It was highly cheesy, and the alligator was about 15 inches long. Oh well. |
 
Finally we arrive in Jupiter, and check out the backyard and pool of Buddy and Boopie's house, our home for the week. |
