of the Snellville U10 Tournament, Fall 1996
This
was the first time the new Select Team had played together since being
formed. The Cardiac Kids won their preliminary games 2-1, 2-1, 2-1,
4-0, and then in the Finals, they beat their opponents - you guessed it
- 2-1! It was the beginning of a wonderful first year together.
The next year, 4 of the boys stayed on the U-11 White Team, 4 moved to
the U-11 Red Team, 2 moved to the U-10 Red Team, and one retired
to a baseball career. But this is where it all began...
